Here the players will be in 5 teams of 5 (with some subs).
There are two simple rules to make sure the players do no get confused:
1. Always attack over the right side.
2. Always defend over the left side.
The players in red start by attacking against the blue team, if they score they get another ball, if the blue team get the ball they have to attack over the right (against the yellow team) and so on.
The coach and subs will stand in the box in the middle. play full speed for 4 minutes.
