Players pair up to practice moving with the ball
With a ball each, one player leads and the other follows.
Aim is to start slow and gradually increase the pace, swapping lead role between the two players in each pair at intervals.
Start slow and introduce challenges!
Stage 2 - leader tries to lead their partner between the players of another pair - 1 point
Stage 3 - Only leader has a ball, follower has to try and tackle leader to gain possession and then becomes leader.
Change size of training area to make it harder or allow for faster speeds
