Players must be divided into teams. They sit on either sides with their sticks in the middle. Each player from both teams get the same fruit eg: apple, pear.
Coach to shout 1 fruit or more and players to run around opposite cone, pick up stick and then play a games until the ball is in the goal or over the side line.
