Get the team to line up at the top of the D and give them a few balls. One by one they will take a turn at shooting into goal. If you wanted tl, you could eaither get one person to be the keeper, do it yourself or just don't have a keeper. To mix things up a little get some of your team memebrs to act as fulll backs trying to deflect the shots.
Make sure that the teams footplacement is right.
