DESCRIPTION

Players split themselves accross the ladders.

Once each ladder is complete they must sprint to middle marker and move out to the next ladder on the left doing low sideways shuffles.

On each set players must complete the activity 4 times and can rotate to whichever ladders they wish.

1. 2 feet in each

2. 2 steps forward, one back

3. Icky shuffle

4. Wide 1 footed sideways leaps ( with hold)

5. 1 footed hops with control (alternate legs on each ladder)

6. 2 footed drops and bounds
