The idea behind the drill is the movement of the ball from one side to the other side of the pitch.
Taking the ball from a defensive build-up phase towards an accelerated attacking phase.
Players start on the right hand side of the field, with 3 other section (middle, left and left wing). They pass the ball to the next station and eventually end up with the ball in the attacking quarter of the field.
The attacker then cuts in, dribbling through cones or other defensive players and then shoots at the goal. Each player follows their pass and the shooter will end up at the first station.
