Section off wide channels. Each team must have at least one player in each of these channels at any one time. The player in the channel should always be changing during the game. The ball must go to the player in the wide channel before their team can score a goal.
The player in the wide channel can dribble the ball out of the channel as long as one of their teammates replaces them in the channel.
Start with conditions of 3 touches and no tackling. Gradually remove the conditions.
