DESCRIPTION

Groups of 3. Spend 1min 15sec at each station. Rest of 45 sec to rotate.

1. 5m - 10m - 5m at 100%.

2. Sprint out and back. Sprint out again, sharp left turn, loop round last cone and back to start.

3. As above only with a right turn.

4. Run the outside of the square. Cones 5m apart.

5. Bow tie runs.
