We have plenty of warm up drills in our drills section.

The main thing is to make your warm up fun by using games and to ensure they are relevant to the session you will go on to do after the warm up.

I hope this helps and enjoy your Level 1 experience!

Mark You can use some sessions on this site, you can also obtain from the RFU DVD on the L1 course which would prove useful. You will enjoy the experience. ERIC STOKES

Mark - Have a great time, engage with all the other people to swap ideas etc. I have managed to curb my 'Dril Instructor' nature for -whole-part-whole.... As above, keep it fun, engaging, short & inclusive - It would also be good practice to ask about any injuries before you start. Best of luck. Paul.
