I am having problems with players lacking vision whilst in possession of the ball any suggestions for training?

Two things

  1. While not in possesion of the ball players should look around and id who they could potentialy pass to, then when they have the ball and have trouble looking up they can potentialy send the ball in that direction.

  2. Even better is a clear call of Right 45 or whatever from the free player. A drill I use for this is 'netball hockey' where players can only take 2 steps before passing. more passing, more calling, more vision
