As a goalkeeper i quite enjoy having one player helping. I find it depressing when an entire team tries to help. You can play games such as dog and bone (give each player a number and call out the numbers, players try to score a goal) and treat the goalie as a normal player. They often feel like their on their own, so by giving them the chance to be a normal player, but still have the rights of a goalie, they feel part of the team while having fun
