Running with the ball, changing direction at speed, passing and controlling the returning ball (with a rebound block), Indian dribble and your general fitness levels.

Put a spare stick on the ground if you have one. Drag ball full length of the stick and flip over the end before dragging back with the reverse side and flipping back over to where you started and repeat. It's great for touch.
Definitely invest in a rebound block, you'll struggle to replicate receiving passes without one.
