What's the best way to explain the roles and responsibilities of what an inner does to a 12 year old
Give her some printed information of what a inner does and her role with in the team-very basic information only. Then walk her through her role by heself and as a team. I find this helps. Don't put to much pressure on, let them find their own style and then they will start to think for themselves.
