What's a drill I can do to teach my juniors how to get back and defend when they are disposed??
Dear Amanda I have attached a practice which should install the discipline of chasing back to help your team mates. It will take a while for the players to grasp the concept but once they do. They will love it and will enjoy playing it for a long time. Important sis that you have enough balls and keep encouraging defenders and chasing back attackers to run fast. I hope it helps Bram
