What do you say to your team to get them back into the game when the other team scores--these are 13 year olds?
You encourage them. No Blame Game. Tell them to forgot the last goal, and to concentrate on playing well from now on. Lets try and make the next goal scored is by our tem. Afterwards you can remind them, they cannot change what has happened, but they can influence what might now happen.
