I donât know if it will work but sheâs playing with shin guards on right? You can just by a goalie pelvic guard to solve that problem. Why is she in a wheelchair? You can get gloves for her as well. Try and get her to meet other kids playing in wheelchairs to understand sheâs not the only one like her. I understand the difficulties, as she would not be able to hold her stick with both hands. If you can teach her with one hand maybe she will be more willing, especially if she is treated as just another player on the team and has the extra protection suggested above
