What is the best way to position teams for 8 a side hockey?

I'm using 3-3-1-1

1 goalie, 1 central defender, 3 mid fielders and 3 attackers.

If you dont have goalie, then 2 full backs, one inside the circle and one outside, 3 halves and 3 forwards work really well!
