They are very crowed and play a lot in the middle they are ball watching> They are playing in each others positions
The first suggestion Iâd have is to decide whether you are coaching the attack or the defence, especially if you are coaching the group on your own.
If you teach the attackers well the defending will inevitably improve. I hope I am right in thinking that your problems are overcrowding in the middle of the pitch and Iâm guessing around the head of the circle.
Firstly, letâs look at the positives. They all want possession and they all want to be in the business area around the goal; they want to have an impact on the game. Now itâs a matter of persuading them that they can have as much impact setting up chances or creating space for others. Praise those that demonstrate these qualities as much as the player who sticks it in the net.
