Anybody got any improving sharpness drills for field hockey players
Hi Bhupinder,
Can you go into a little more detail on what you mean when you say sharpness? Are you talking about improving player reactions? If so, I think that will improve as the seson kicks on, with players often requiring time to settle into the new season.
As with all early season work, I would recommend getting players into short small sided games as quickly as possible so they can get their minds working as well as their bodies.
Hope that was of some use, let me know if I have misinterpreted.
