Periodisation for hockey season

Good day I need to draw up an annual planner for my school's hockey. I am not knowledgable regarding hockey. Could you assist me - see the attachment . I have to indicate which skills I would do during which phase of the season. I am the overall sport administrator and do not currently have assistance with this .I tried to look for guidance but not getting much.
