My team is very poor in defense, so we change the system to 3-2-3-2, but, now i dont have punch in offensive. What can i do?
It is a difficult question to give an easy answer to why were you poor in defence? what was the problem in your opinion ? Are you playing any kind of press now and Where are you trying to win the ball. This would help in trying to answer your question I would definately go back to 3 forwards. Kind regards Bram
I am agree with Bram, are you week in group defence,Indivisual defence or defencive tactics? Which sort of presse are you doing? Thanks Adnan
I had an overnight improvement by introducing a 3-4-3 press on all possession in the oppositions half, reverting to man to man in our half. It also improved teamwork and communication as both factors we needed to make the press work.
