I've been persuaded to coach a women's veterans side?

I've been persuaded to coach a women's veterans side (+35). I haven't coached hockey before but have good experience coaching soccer at youth level.
Any suggestions on a training plans?
How close do soccer tactics align with hockey?
Any help is welcomed.

I think as a coach, you will always have an idea.I believe soccer is similar to hockey fittness levels must be high, i know you can't miss that in your clipboard, it will only take you a few training sessions and you'll be a perfect template for a hockey coach. Tim Kenya.
