International Hockey Coaches headphones?

Jon, so many International Hockey Coaches now have 'earphones' during their matches - who is on the other end amp; what info is the Coach exchanging? Thx.

They are communicating with their video staff and with assistant coaches that are sitting on different positions around the pitch where they have a better view than from the dugout.  Usually an assistant is sitting high up behind the goal, so that he can analyse the opponents tacktics and PC's.  This info is shared via the earphones towards the coach.
