Individual drills for players to do outside of team?

Individual drills for players to do outside of team training times to improve their ball feel and control etc.

Hitting a tennis ball against the wall and stopping it will help with soft hands Dribbling a golf ball will help with skills. Pushing passing (not hitting) a brick (or weight) will strengten their passing power. Rolling their stick in 2 hands will strengten their wrists. just simply bouncing the ball on the stick and learning tricks will improve their confidence. Let me know if this is what you mean.
