I'm after a bunch of good drills, not involving a ball, for speed/sprint training? any variations on shuttle runs and sprints would be good
Is it for condition or agility?
condition yo can do a piramid run 5 sec sprint 5 sec rest , 10 sec sprint, 10 sec rest ....30 sec sprint, 30 sec rest,
30 sec sprint, 25 sec rest,25 sec sprint, 20 sec rest etc. etc
Note%3A rest does not mean that the players stop but dribble.
for agility, you can use an speedfoot ladder or sticks if you don't have an ladder,
or put 4 or 5 cones from the backyard line tilll 25 yard every 4 or 5 meters and. sprint from backyard line till cone 1 and back to cone 2 and back etc.etc.
good luck
in more ways than one
