Which of the sportplan INDOOR plans are now appropriate to the 5v5 format OR do you have any to share?
Hi Martin,
When the new format was announced last year we wrote about how the rule changes would affect coaches on our blog. It discussed everything from keepers to equipment, more space on court to likely formations.
What we also did at this time was to make sure our pack of 9 indoor hockey plans reflected these changes, by adding 3 new 5v5 plans to our original pack. Here are the newly added plans:
Formations for the indoor 5 player game
Playing the defensive Y formation against different systems
Exploring the space down the right board
If you already own this pack of indoor plans you don't need to do anything, we'll have already added them to your account.
Hope these links help - if other coaches have 5v5 plans then please share them via this answer thread - we'd love to see how you've adapted to the new code too!
