I am trying to add a new credit card

to account before it expires...I seem to be bale to only able to update the date!!

Hi Hannah,

Thank you for your question. I`m afraid at present, our payment system does not allow us to update credit card details as we do not store them on our server for your protection. We work with an authorisation token from the bank after first payment.

In order to change your card details, please allow your membership to run out and simply purchase a new membership with your new card after the downgrade. No data or details will be lost.

I`m sorry this is not easier for you at present, it is something that we are looking to update later this year.
