I have a voucher as part of the level 1 coaching course?
I have a voucher as part of the level 1 coaching course I am doing. I have registered it but how do I use it? I seem to be limited to 15 free drills a month, but I think I should not be.
Hi Robin,
To register a voucher you need to log into your Sportplan account and then click on "edit profile" (on the left hand-side). Once you have done this click on "add sport access" and finally enter enter your voucher code.
If you're still unable to enter your code then please email us at info@sportplan.net and we'll aim to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Dear Sportsplan,
I too am a level 1 course participant and have tried to use my voucher following above procedure, but it does not seem to recognise the voucher - although I am sure i got it to recognise it a couple of weeks ago. My course assessmne is tomorrow so i could really do with access this evening!
