One thing I have found difficult is developing a drill so it will make practising the skills more challenging. Does anyone have any tips or advice?
- small groups
- enough balls
- keep talking and make compliments
- make them go faster
- start simple and make it slowly more difficult (I can work with a group 15-20 minutes in 1 session)
Hello Rachel,
Making a drill more challenging will depend on what skill you are trying to improve - for example if it`s shooting you can have your players trying to score in smaller goals to work on accuracy.
If you`re looking to improve skills in a particular area, you can always enter what you are looking for in our search option located at the top of page, where you`re able to find drills and plans that will hopefully spark some ideas to help you make your drills more challenging.
I hope this helps and if you`re in need of any assistance, feel free to contact us.
Thanks
