Does any other coach have any ideas to how my team can go out of defence when the another team play full press?
There are several possibilities. Either have your centre defener(s)really low in the circle area near the goally in order to be able to give a crosspass to behind and shift the game to the other side of the field with a high wingdefender at the otehr side. You can also choose to hit a ball with a long strike through the crowd of people, this will scare them off sometimes but is not high sofisticated hockey play. Another work around is playing a high ball. Finally a well trained patern in small spaces could lead to work your way out of troubles. I'm sure you can fiend some excercises in the drill area.
Thank's Sipko!
Also, you could look at playing bounce-passes to your midfielder(s), which will move the press around. The midfielder(s) can then also choose to switch play to the left/right back and add another dimension to defeating the press.
long hitting can also put a pressure on the opponents but remember that if you have not a command on the ball then the opponents will put the pressure on your team
try to play game by shifting places...first at right and then play as left and make other team puzzle and don't give them anytime to think that where to focus or hold their opponents
