What would a good skill practise involve one doing?
Yard sticks are the fundamentals =] (yard sticks are where you put your feet a yard apart and drag the ball from left to right moving with your knees swaying in your chosen direction)
start by doing atleast 200 yard sticks a night and work your way up once you get to about 400-500 a night then start dribbling along a line while keeping the ball on the outside of your right foot =]
keep doing that over and over and you will be the most silky smooth player out there =]
