How do you encourage a team to 'get ahead of the ball' in match situations? Ian
Here are 2 practices that might help Part of the problem with players not running ahead of the ball is that of players never passing forward but only sideways and back, a condition game of players only being allowed to pass forward will encourage players to run ahead of the ball. (in any situation even free hits). It maybe worth trying this straight away in a proper match. Happy coaching Bram
