I presume your team is getting well beaten too often. You have to improve your own teams ball handling skills (this is not an overnight operation); you have to set realistic expectations for the team (maybe the occasional draw should be redefined as an super achievement); emphasise posssession, team, skill and enjoyment, not winning. You can play a system with a strong defending sweeper to reinforce the defence. Winning a game is a bonus to be celebrated. If you work hard from now on, maybe by season end or next season you can raise the expectation again.
