How can i get my players to stop waiting for the ball and go for it? Thought its their fitness that's not up to standard but they were successful in the bleep test. PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi,i found that especially my stickers use to wait for the ball. an exercise that helped me alot is placing a set of tyres next to each other. the players start behind the tyres and has to come around the front of it to receive/intercept the ball that is being passed to the 'tyre'.
