Hi. Any ideas for dribbling drills that would be fun for 12-13 yr old boys to improve control and agility?
Hi Gertruida, (nice old Dutch name by the way, any Dutch blood?)
I sometimes use this drill%3A running for points. Set out 3 or 4 little squars with cones. The distance between the squares differs. Players with their ball are in the square. They have to run with ball to another square and get points for the distance. One or 2 players stay outside the squares. They have no ball but try to win the ball from the players running with the ball. If they succeed, they get 5 points.
There are many ways to do this drill%3A
Enjoy the drill.

Grtz,
Carel

Hi Carel,
Thanks for the drill, I like the idea of having one player in the square at one time. I'll try it next practice or something.
(yeah some dutch there, actually South African)
Cheers
