Hey! I'm wondering how do i strengthen my hockey team they are aged between 12-14?
well. I'm a freshman in high school. 15, and i played on varsity. we did a LOT of running. and i must tell you. it did pay off. We had to run for thirty minutes continuseally, at our own pace (just to say we could run for a half of a game pretty much) we also did planks, and different running drills. Such as, we would normally run around the field 6 times and finish as fast as we could (running as a team)
