HI! Any drills to learn positions on the field?
HI! Any drills for kids around 11 years old (11 a-side) to learn positions in the field. I find it hard because they stay still in one place and they don´t move or they play across the whole field instead of staying in their side of the turf.. Thanks Barbs

What i find best is to show them positions on a whiteboard and show them zones where they are allowed to run to give them an idea as to where they are supposed to be even colour channels on the left use a different channel for center of the feild and a third colour for the right side and tell them they are only allowed to run in the coloured channel for their position
