Does anyone have a simple drill for 7-8yr olds to help with what to do when the whistle blows for a free hit?
Hi Jill,
some thing you coould do, when you play a game and you blow on your whistle and ask the player that is taken the free hit what his opions are or where. self pass, pass to other player and who then.
You could asked the player who made the foul what his opions are or where.
this way players learn to look up and see what there options are.
Don't do it with every free hit but a few time in the game. keep the kids playing
