What formation would be suitable for a mixed gender team aged 16-18!? Most of the players have not played anything other then 442, but i want to attack with 3 forwards. any suggestions?

Bram%3A Thank you for the PDF...it is very helpful! At the moment we are experimenting with a 1-2-4-4 system - diamond midfield....while we have won 6 in a row since using it, we will have our stiffest test Wednesday evening vs. a very strong team.
