It's the end of my first year of senior Men's coaching, we've had a good year (more points than before, higher league position) but missed out on promotion which was our target. Does anyone do an end of season review? Can any recommend the sort of questions I should include? Thanks
I conduct an individual session with each one of my players during the off-season. I give them an evaluation form that includes questions like. On a scale of 1-10 rate your performance this season and explain your score. What is your biggest skill strength? What is the skill you need to work on the most? What is you biggest strength as a teammate? One question that I find creates good self reflection is what player on our team do you look up to the most and why. Hope that helps.
