Coaching players to inter change positions.

Coaching players to inter change positions.

Hi. I'm looking for advice on how to coach and encourage players to interchange positions, particularly midfielders. Anyone have any good drills for this? Thanks.

Attack v defence games are always good for this. Defenders have the ball on the halfway line, transferring across between them.

Meanwhile the midfielders are leading out and in again, rotating positions.

Eventually they should find space as the opposition midfielders should lose their player.
