I like trying to play every position and find it hard to stop doing that and focus and improve my own position (right wing or center back) but how do I improve them so that I can be confident enough to trust my teammates and stick to my own position ??

Give them the ball more often. The more everyone is in possession, receiving and giving passes, then the more confident people will be. As a team you want people to want the ball.
I know you`re only trying to help, by coming into different positions. But they`ll be scared of making mistakes.
It might be worth forcing them to receive the ball in tricky situations in training in order to improve their quality when receiving and giving passes.
