Hi Sarah, I'd set up a 3-2-3. This way the players have defined positions through the pitch. It also gives the CB four options to outlet, two sideways passes to HB's or make more progressive passes to the Midfielders. When the HB's get it, they have a direct pass forward to the winger or can play inside to the midfielder. I'd try to keep the spaces regular as you dont want players congesting each other's space.
