7 a side competition

Looking into creating a 7 a side junior competition for a Junior mixed gender out door season. Any comments

Hi Rodney,

Great chance to make the juniors really enjoy their hockey. Build some excitement at the tournament, maybe with some music playing during games, some bright kits/bibs etc to make it a competition everyone want to play in.

Keep the playing areas small, half a pitch or even quarter pitches to make the games fast with plenty of goals. Teams should also have the same amount of girls and boys on each side.
