Coaching points

In this drill player works on speed, quickness and deceleration. Quickness in tennis is important but without ability to control body movement while decelerating player will not be able to execute good strokes. Coach should pay attention to player's balance while hitting and give tips about footwork to improve quality of running and recovering after the stroke.
