- Player smust sink from hips and push against eachother in a scrum position.
- Shoulder width apart
- On toes - Heels off the ground.
- Tilted back
- Sink from hips - like about to sit on a chair.
- Shoulder blades back
- Elbows bent
- Neautral head position
- Core acitvaed
- Kneeover hips when resited
