  • The aim of the drill is to develop strong positive profiling and to develop core-stability against opposition. 1v1.
  • Player smust sink from hips and push against eachother in a scrum position. 

Coaching points

  1. Feet
  • Shoulder width apart 
  • On toes - Heels off the ground. 
  1. Hips
  • Tilted back
  • Sink from hips - like about to sit on a chair. 
  1. Scaps 
  • Shoulder blades back 
  • Elbows bent
  1. Head 
  • Neautral head position 
  • Core acitvaed 
  • Balanced 
  • Kneeover hips when resited
