Rugby Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Contact
  • Go to ground
  • Present ball

    • Coaching points

  • If contact cannot be avoided take on own terms
  • Ball carrier goes to ground and places ball
  • Use two hands initially to place ball
    • Leave top hand on ball to prevent ball being kicked by own players
  • If opposition try to pick up ball, player must release hand immediately
