Description

The aim of the exercise is to develop 1 Step Closed leg pass to encourage the attacker to keep square.

Coaching points

  • Feeders make good passes to the catcher (in the middle) at the same time steps forward with his outside leg. 
  • Key points - Keep balanced and Receive the ball then make the step.
