Description

  • The aim of the exercise is to develop ball control and offloading off the floor.

Coaching points

  • Ball Carrier runs with the ball then fall with control to the floor (tackled)

  • Keep to hands on the ball then offload to the supporting player with control. Practice falling off both sides.
