-Players take turn in lifiting eachother using the correct lineout technique.
- Once in the air players take a couple steps to the side to maintain stability ans strength.
Progression: When player is in the air throw a ball to him at differnt position to test stability of base and handling skills/
Step 1: Body Position - Squat with flat back.
Step 2: Hand Placemnt - Under knee straps or bum
Step 3: Jumper Jump - Tight core
Step 4: Explosive power - From legs and bum - To full extension.
Step 5: Squeeze as tight as you can: Chest - Chest / Nose - Nose towards the other lifter .
